Ahmedabad Porcelain Industries, founded in 1980 by technocrat Mr. Rajendra J. Panchal, has a workforce that is highly skilled, experienced, and committed. Our workforce has been fully committed to quality and meeting delivery deadlines. API has been honoured by the Indian Ceramic Society (Govt. of India) with the prestigious and precious National Award of Product Excellence in honour of the work of our team, the calibre of our products, and the level of customer satisfaction.
Our manufacturing facilities include a tunnel kiln, a shuttle kiln, tabletting presses, vacuum pug mills, hydraulic presses, and an internal workshop space designated for production procedures. Achieving a daily production capacity of millions of small parts, bigger ceramic shapes, pressed components up to 100 mm in diameter, and extruded shapes up to 75 mm in diameter, API has built a class-leading infrastructure.

API places a great premium on the forms and dimensions of L.T. Insulators and Technical Ceramics. Plant Facilities
The best machinery is used in Ahmedabad Porcelain Industries to produce high-quality ceramics in large quantities and at affordable prices. Dry pressing, extrusion, secondary machining, finishing, glazing, and centerless and flat grinding are only a few of the equipment and procedures. To carry out pressing and extrusion operations, specific processes and equipment are used at various stages. 45 tabletting presses, 4 vacuum plug mills, 4 hydraulic presses, 2 tunnel kilns, and 1 shuttle kiln are all part of the plant's machinery. The firing temperature ranges from 1400°C to 1500°C.
At API, we have a fully stocked workshop with a facility on-site to create the necessary tools, as well as competent and trained personnel who maximize performance, equipment, resources, and time to provide quality final goods.
